Running out of Storage or Operating system Space?
Sometime when servers, computers, and/or
workstations are configure; not much planning is assigned to the size of
the operating system drives. After years of security updates and program
additions, the operating system drive (most of the time - drive 'c')
will eventually run out of usable space. The system will become slow,
display errors related to the diminishing drive size, and even crash.
Replacing the drive or even having the system repaired could become a
pricy options and require days or even weeks of down time. Most of the
time the original drive had been partitioned in to several partitions
under the assumption that the operating system would only require a
limited amount of space.
Fairport Computer Services can 'resize' the partition to
quickly repair this short coming and retake some of that wasted space
configured in your system's original setup. This process should only
take hours and not days without having to reconfigure or re-setup you

Drive error or
RAID problems?
We can fix, repair, repair, and
or rebuild RAID sets on-site with minimal issues to the end user.
Quickly having these errors repaired will avoid catastrophic errors
in the near future and may be cheaper than you expect. When a RAID
volume becomes degraded or fails your system may still work, but
with slower performance and even data corruption. Never put off
repairing this issue, then finding out that your backup has not
worked for months or even years. Get your system back up and running
in the minimal amount of time to prevent the more expensive head
ache of rebuild or even reloading your system.* |

the problem. We stock a large range of replacement parts for most
server and can find 'hard to find' parts in little time to keep your
company running smoothly for years to come.
We also have replacement and/or
temporary servers available for quick replacement of a dead server.
(rental fees and/or setup fees may apply) Also available to our
customers is the option of co-location of their servers and/or data
from our own data center located in Perinton New York. With our
added security and high bandwidth we can make your data accessible
all over the world or just your local town. We can provide a
'one-stop' support for all your support, networking, server, web

restriction may apply. Repair to damaged running or non-running
operating systems may be required and will extend the on-site time
required. Some repair my be done in store, which require the system to
be brought into the retail store at 1220 Fairport Road, in Fairport New
York (also can be shipped to us, end user responsible for all shipping
charges). System that are brought in store are charged a flat rate and
not billed for on-site hourly rate. Some system can not be repaired off
