Fairport Computer Services, Inc. will evaluate the system with the customer, ask questions about the system and reason for the visit. We will then make recommendations for repair, get approval from the customer at that time and begin the repair - that day! If for any reason we find additional problems, we will stop the process and contact the customer for approval. We DO NOT surprise the customer with additional repairs, we get approval for all repair work performed. What we quote is what we charge, unless additional work is required and approval given by the customer.

Phone Support - we can only provide basic information and/or help over the phone. For more indebt phone support the is a basic $55 per hour for support paid for by Credit Card at time of the call.

On-Site support - This service is for our Business Customers only. We provide a wide range of hardware, software, and networking support for a wide range of products. The base fee is $125 per hour with a minimum of one hour billable at time of service. We also provide 'after hours' service, when required. Remote Repair - we can repair your system remotely over the internet for $65/hour billed on a Credit Card, you must have the ability to download the remote client - which requires the system to be at least functional (bootup into normal mode and not safe mode) and can still access the internet. Call 585-586-1270 for details. For systems that do not 'boot-up' or can not access the internet, they must be brought into the store for repair. For business system that require on-site repair, normal business on-site fees apply. We no long provide residential on-site service. We do offer Pick up and delivery service (this include residential) for $30 additional to repair cost.

Out of Sate Customers - we provide service for a large number of 'out of state' customers, you have the options of remote repair, or shipping the system directly to us. Customer is responsible for Package and shipping both ways. You have the option to take advantage of the $49.99 Virus and Spyware removal with the additional cost of shipping.    * Initial Evaluation if Free, which includes basic test of the system during customer's initial visit, if indebt tested id required - which will be pointed out and discussed with customer during the evaluation -  if approved, there is a base fee of $59.99 for desktops systems and $85 for laptops which is payable before the testing can begin and is non-refundable.

   ** Items turned in for service, or for testing / evaluation must be picked up (and paid for; if applicable) within 30 days. A $35.00 monthly storage fee can and will be assessed on any equipment remaining in the possession of Fairport Computer Services, Inc. after 30day of the date of service.  Any un-claimed products will become property of Fairport Computer Services, Inc. after 30 days and will be disposed of.  As will any product repaired by Fairport Computer Services, Inc., if contacted by us and not picked up and or paid for will be used for parts and/or disposed as Fairport Computer Services, Inc. sees fit to do so.  Fairport Computer Services, Inc. will not be held  responsible, nor liable for any loss of information/data/personal property, loss of business, and/or loss of livelihood due to any actions or services.
